Black Duck at Terrapin Nature Park

Sandy Point for sunrise, then Terrapin for a change. I also stopped at Kent Narrows, but nothing’s there yet.

I found a few birds at Terrapin, but everything seems to be late this year, which I attribute to the very warm weather.

I watched this Carolina Chickadee for several minutes as he ate the seeds from pine cones.
