The good weather returned this morning, and I decided to take a chance on Terrapin. While it wasn’t as good as I’d hoped, I did see some birds I haven’t seen in a while.
I only spent a short time looking for bugs.
A small flock of Eastern Bluebirds was foraging at the beach.
I haven't seen Snowy Egrets since the Spring.
Yellow Rumped Warblers will stay for several months.
This female Eastern Towhee was a surprise.
Carolina Chickadees were also feeding at the beach.
Most Ospreys have left for warmer climes by now.
Mockingbirds often pose more willingly than other birds.
Pine Warblers were feeding alongside the Yellow Rumps.
Today's bugs.
