This morning’s weather was ideal for finding birds, and I went back to Jonas Green for a quick look before Thomas Point opened.
There weren’t many ducks around, but a Song Sparrow was looking for a mate.
Ducks were scarce at Thomas point also, but I managed to find a few.

Common Goldeneye

Song Sparrows were very active.

This Red Breasted Merganser was by herself.

Buffleheads were the dominant duck.

Three Black Ducks flew over my head.

Even Ring Billed Gulls were in short supply.
