I suppose rain is good, as I often accomplish necessary jobs when I can&#8217;t get out.<br \/>\nTwo of the local parks are closed on Tuesdays, so I went to Truxtun Park in hopes of finding another Osprey or Hawk, and was surprised to run into an Eastern Phoebe, but there wasn&#8217;t much else to see.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hughvandervoort.com\/?attachment_id=6802\" rel=\"attachment
