I went early to Thomas Point, where very few ducks were in close, then set out to Quiet Waters, which was somewhat better. I&#8217;d like to find a larger congregation of waterbirds, but I&#8217;ll settle for what&#8217;s close to home until it&#8217;s warmer.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_5559\" style=\"width: 1758px\"
