I saw a few Canvasbacks and Scaup today, which is a good sign.<\/p>\n<p>It was so cloudy this morning that I skipped the sunrise and went straight to Thomas Point. There wasn&#8217;t much there, so I stopped at a friend&#8217;s house on Thomas Point Road, where the ducks and swans often gather to be fed. There weren&#8217;t as many as in previous years, but I expect that to change soon.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_29759\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a
