When the promised rain hadn&#8217;t materialized by 9:30, I took a trip to Thomas Point to see what was there.<\/p>\n<p>There were easily a thousand ducks, but most were hidden in the fog. I was pleased to see wigeons in the mix, as I haven&#8217;t seen them at Thomas Point before this.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_25751\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption
