Brown Creeper at Quiet Waters

It was cloudy and foggy this morning, but it cleared up quickly and we had 60 degree plus weather. Quiet Waters still doesn’t have many ducks, so I went to Thomas Point, which was also near barren except for some distant Ruddys and Buffleheads.

Cove

South River.

Thomas Point

A fallen tree blocked my way out to the point.

Tufted Titmouse

I got very close to this Tufted Titmouse.

Carolina Wren

I heard this Carolina Wren from some distance away.

Brown Creeper

These small, fast moving birds are difficult to photograph.
